Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

    • Participants must be residents of India and at least 16 years old.

2. Entry:

    • The entry fee is 221 Rs (including GST) and requires participants to complete the registration form on the website.

3. Draw Mechanism:

    • The winners will be picked live using a transparent process right there on the result date.
    • The results will be unbiased and final.

4. Notification of Winners:

    • Winners will be notified through the contact details provided during registration.

5. Claiming Prizes

    • Winners will be required to provide valid identification, a purchased ticket, payment details, and any other documentation as requested to claim their prize.
    • Winners must claim their prize within a timeframe of 1 month.
    • In the event of unavailability of the winner, any family member can claim the prize. They need to show original ID proof and required documents to our team within 1 month.

6. Prizes:

    • Prizes are non-transferable.
    • All prizes are eligible for cash exchange via bank transfer, with a 30% TDS deduction for prize values exceeding Rs. 10,000.
    • A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted on the value of gift prizes exceeding Rs. 10,000.

7. Publicity:

    • By participating, winners consent to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy:

    • Personal information provided during registration will be used only for the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Participation in JDream's lucky draw is entirely voluntary. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • Limited Liability: JDream is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, prize fulfillment, or dissatisfaction with the prizes.
    • Independent Choice: You choose to participate at your own discretion. JDream does not pressure or coerce anyone into purchasing tickets.
    • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your ticket purchase and any associated costs.

10. Disqualification:

    • The website reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the terms and conditions or exhibit fraudulent behavior.

11. Amendments:

    • The lucky draw website reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions at any time.

12. Disclaimer:

    • We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network issues, or any other factors beyond our control that may prevent you from participating in the contest.
    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a public announcement will be made, and participants will be offered a full refund for their tickets.
    • If we don't receive the anticipated number of registrations, the lucky draw may be extended for a predetermined period.
    • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the prizes.

13. Law and Jurisdiction:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the Jodhpur, Rajasthan, jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, India.
